1. Introduction

SP SWE SERVICES LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, operates the Dreamiest mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • App Preferences: Sleep sound settings, timer choices, and favorite sounds.
  • Support Messages: Information you send when contacting support.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device model and app version.
  • Usage Analytics: Which features and sound categories are used.
  • Error Information: Technical errors and crashes when diagnostics are enabled.
  • Attribution Information: Limited device and campaign signals used to understand which ads lead to installs or subscriptions.

2.3 Unique Identifiers

We generate and store a unique identifier (UUID) on your device using iOS Keychain to provide continuity of app experience while minimizing personal data collection.

2.4 Photo Soundscapes

If you choose Photo Soundscapes, Dreamiest creates a reduced, metadata-stripped copy of the photo you select and sends it over an encrypted connection to our backend and Google Cloud's generative AI service. The image is used only to classify the visible environment and match it with sounds already available in Dreamiest. Dreamiest keeps the image in memory only for the request, does not add it to analytics, and does not store it after processing. Google processes the image as our service provider under its applicable cloud-service terms.

2.5 Screen Time and Sleep Protection

If you grant Screen Time access, Apple's Family Controls and Device Activity frameworks calculate your selected app usage on the device. Dreamiest stores your chosen sleep window and opaque app/category selection tokens in the shared app container so it can apply protection at the scheduled time. Raw Screen Time history, app-by-app usage totals, and the identity of your most-used app are not sent to Dreamiest's backend or analytics providers.

3. Information We Do Not Actively Collect

  • Name, phone number, or home address
  • Your full photo library, contacts, or other personal files; only a photo you explicitly choose for Photo Soundscapes is processed as described above
  • Precise location data
  • Payment card details (handled by Apple)

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve app functionality
  • Match a selected photo with relevant Dreamiest sounds
  • Apply the sleep window and app protection you configure
  • Monitor reliability and resolve technical issues
  • Understand feature usage for product improvements

5. Third-Party Services

Dreamiest uses service providers for specific functions: Apple and RevenueCat for purchases and entitlements; PostHog for product analytics; AppsFlyer and Meta for advertising attribution; Sentry for backend error diagnostics; Google Cloud for Photo Soundscape classification; Firebase for notifications; and infrastructure providers for secure API and data hosting. We require each provider that receives user data to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy, under our applicable agreements and law. Tracking permission, where requested, controls access to Apple's advertising identifier; attribution may also use Apple's privacy-preserving attribution systems without that identifier.

6. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and restricted access controls.

7. Data Retention

  • Selected Photo Soundscape images are held in memory only for the matching request and are not stored by Dreamiest.
  • Raw Screen Time usage remains on-device inside Apple's Screen Time report framework.
  • Analytics and diagnostics data are retained as needed for operations and improvements.
  • Support records are retained as needed to resolve and document user requests.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to specific processing activities.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the App and/or on this page.
