Terms and Conditions - Dreamiest

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamiest mobile application ("App") operated by SP SWE SERVICES LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Dreamiest provides sleep and wind-down features, including:

• Playback of calming sleep sounds
• Sound selection, mixes, and Photo Soundscapes
• Sleep timer functionality
• Optional sleep-window insights and app protection using Apple's Screen Time controls

Photo Soundscapes uses automated classification to match a photo you choose with sounds already in Dreamiest; it does not generate a new image or audio recording. Before first use, the App asks for your consent to upload a reduced copy for this purpose. Dreamiest discards its copy immediately after matching, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sleep protection depends on the permissions, apps, schedule, and iOS controls you configure. It is a wellbeing aid, not a medical service or a guarantee of sleep.

3. Accounts and Access

The App may operate using device-level identifiers. We may add account features in future updates.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Dreamiest may offer free and paid tiers. Any paid plan pricing and duration are shown in the App Store.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store refund process, subject to applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempts to disrupt service integrity or violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated branding, design, and software are owned by SP SWE SERVICES LTD. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Dreamiest available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, changed, or removed over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dreamiest at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
